Shops reply in Messages: they can ask questions and send a price and a turnaround. Pick the one you like and arrange the job with them directly. Close the request when you're done.

Do I need a 3D file?
No. Describe what you need and add photos or measurements. Shops that offer 3D design or 3D scanning can make the file for you.
How much will it cost?

Am I committing to anything?
No. A request is a question, not an order. Nothing is booked until you agree the job with a shop.
Can I ask one shop instead?
Yes. Find the shop, open its page and send it a message or a quote request.
