Water-washable resin gives results much like standard resin, but shops can rinse the prints with water instead of alcohol after printing. It's mostly a convenience for the shop. For you, the finished part is similar to a standard resin print. Like all resin prints, parts are washed and cured under UV light after printing. Uncured resin is a skin irritant, but properly cured finished parts are safe to handle.
