Plans and billing

Plan & billing is in the account menu (your name, top right). It shows your plan, what you're using of it, and the plans side by side.

The plans

Every plan has the same features: costing, filament and supply inventory, scheduling, maintenance and reports. The exceptions are invoices, receipts and credit notes, and CSV downloads of reports, which are on Maker and up.

Inventory items are filament and bought supplies (one kind of each, whatever the quantity); products are items you sell. Archived ones don't count.

Over a limit

Nothing is deleted. The newest items over the limit are locked until you upgrade, or archive others.

Upgrading and paying

Upgrade takes you to a secure checkout (Stripe), with GST/PST added. Billing is where you update your card, see your invoices, change plan, or cancel.

If a payment fails

You'll see a warning, and have 7 days to fix it. After that, the shop goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Cancelling

Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then goes back to Free. Your shop keeps working within Free's limits, and your invoices, receipts and credit notes stay viewable and printable, so your tax records are always there. Paying again restores everything at once.

Inactive accounts

A Works account on Free that nobody signs in to for 12 months has its Works records deleted. Your Nozzlet account, your business and its directory listing are kept. The owners are emailed 30, 15 and 5 days before, with a reminder to download invoices and receipts, and signing in starts the 12 months again. Paid and complimentary plans are never deleted.

Your directory plan

Paid plans include a directory plan. If you're also paying separately for a directory plan that Works now covers, Works offers to end it, with the unused part credited to your Works bill.
