The demo shop

Last checked Wed, Oct 7, 2026

The demo is a complete sample print shop in Nozzlet Works. Every feature has sample data in it, so you can click through the whole app before setting up your own. The screenshots in this help centre come from it.

What's in it

  • Two printers: a Bambu Lab P1S with an AMS (four slots) and a Prusa Core One, each with a roll loaded and maintenance tasks on track, due soon and overdue.
  • Five products, from a $1.50 cable clip to a $59 assembled LED desk lamp, each with its cost, suggested price, retail price and profit, worked out from British Columbia rates, GST and PST.
  • Plates, including mixed plates (several different parts on one plate) and one-off prints from Quick job.
  • Inventory: filaments (one bought as a 4 kg box of rolls), magnets, screws and inserts bought in packs (the inserts by the case), and a few items below their reorder level.
  • Purchase orders at each stage: one received, one partly received and late (inserts on back order), filament on order from Bambu Lab, and a draft.
  • A schedule with finished jobs (one with print loss, one failed), jobs printing today, and jobs over the next few days to move, start or cancel.
  • Customers, quotes and orders at every stage, with invoices and receipts, and three months of sales in Reports.

How it works

  • It's shared: other visitors may be using it at the same time.
  • It resets every day at 3 AM Pacific, so try anything. Nothing you do there is kept.
  • Some things are switched off: changing the demo account's sign-in details, paying, sending messages or emails, uploading files, and putting the demo shop's directory listing online.
